Recruiter -US (IT) for Software Data India

The incumbent solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone,e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status

Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner

Search resumes in various available Job Portals

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Negotiate on Salary aspects

Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements

Should have experience into US Recruitments

Should be a Graduate in any stream

Should have good communication and convincing skills

Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure

Excellent negotiation skills

Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience in US Staffing would be preferred)
