Recruiter / Sr.Recruiter for Nous Info Systems

The candidate would be receiving and analysing the requirement from the end-client

Sourcing the candidates from the Net/References/Networking, Advertisements, Head hunting, Browsing the net

Handling of Database and perform a complete search as per the requirements

Screening and Segregation of profiles to suit the client`s requirements

Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirement and to know their willingness

Preliminary interview of the candidate before sending them to the clients place

Co-ordinate with the Candidates for availability & interviews

Follow up with the BU head`s/Group Head on a daily basis to know the interview results/status

Intimating the results and status of the interview to the candidates

Constant refreshment of the Database through Continuous Head Hunting to build a rich talented pool of resumes of various technologies, domain, function and levels

Maintenance of HR information system like, client`s requirements, Interviews Scheduled, selected / rejected candidates
