Recruiter / Sr.Recruiter for GI Staffing Services

1. The applicant should have understanding of the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.

2. Would be responsible for ensuring regular met ups with key clients.

3. Meetings/Telecon with clients to understand the profile of the resource`s required.

4. Taking regular feedback`s from clients.

Job Description:
1. End to end recruitment/permanent and temporary staffing.
2. Should be able to handle client coordination Independently.
3. Sourcing and screening using job portals , social networking.
4. Headhunting.
5. Target oriented.
6. Min 2 yrs of experience in recruitment
