Recruiter - Specialist for Aegis: Walkin

The candidate would be working with the HR team to facilitate agent recruitment function and scalable in order to help out in other HR areas as well

Hiring Agents

Be able to close interviews and take final decisions

Contributing in evolving and implementing ways to increase recruitments

Be able to contribute effectively to the other HR functions also.


Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude towards work and hard-working & Good interpersonal skills; ability to `stretch`

Strong Analytical skills / Good excel skills and other MS Office applications

Depth of Knowledge of the HR function

Hands on experience in a good reputed BPO

Would require the person to have high levels of energy and enthusiasm

The person should have Energy levels as lot of time lines need to be maintained

Deadline oriented work, hence peaks in the work pressure/ should be independent and mobile

Should be Open to late night shifts

MBA (preferable)
