The candidate should provide recruiting support by sourcing SAP professionals for both contract and permanent positions in US market, recruit for our direct clients.
Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Must be able to head hunt
Must be able to network to acquire referral resumes
Extensive use of Internet search engines (dice, linked-in etc) and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates.
Should have strong acumen towards technology and current IT trends.
Understands H1B processing and complete tax terms in US
Ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, match job to candidate skills and candidate screening.
Conduct phone screens to assess individual`s skill level and communication abilities and determine if candidate will meet the client`s needs.
Format resumes as specified by client or agency, gather forms, references, documentation, certifications, etc.
Should take the responsibility of delivery/on boarding of the candidate.
Must be able to build long-lasting relationships with consultants, and provide feedback and updates to them
Maintain contact with current employees regarding progress of current projects
Consult with US Team regarding open positions, supply resources for upcoming bids and projects, maintain reports, etc.
Ability to follow recruiting process and update recruitment systems in a timely fashion
Participate in any recruiting-related initiatives and come up with ideas to improve current process
Open to work in Night Shifts
Experience in US SAP Recruitments
Ability to independently drive the total recruitment function
Ability to headhunt/network
