Recruiting skills:
At least 2 years experience in staffing industry focusing on SAP ,BI and Java technologies.

Identifying qualified technical resources for our clients open contractor positions.

Reviewing resumes.

Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills).

Candidate follow up.

Setting up Interview and more.

Excellent communication skills with written skills.

Strong networking and sourcing skills.

Basic internet searching skills.

Ability to achieve targets and deadlines.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, ERP, Business Intelligence and Java programming language.

Must have good experience in recruiting H1-B consultants.
