Candidate should be graduate with 6 months min experience.

Candidate would be responsible for managing end to end recruitment process for various clients.

Excellent client management skills.

Should be ready to work for volume hiring

Managing escalations for clients and candidates.

Job Description:
Handled mass recruitments/ Walk ins/ Personal & telephonic interviews.

Interviewing the candidates in panel and short-listing the candidates depending on the client`s requirements and candidate`s criteria and making them understanding job role also taking confirmation from them to forward their resume to client.

Coordinating the recruitment & selection drive, conducting interviews with client.

Responsible for executing the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to hire.

Follow up with clients for feedbacks and resolving issues.

MIS Reporting weekly for the number of new joinees.

Achieving quarterly target.
