Recruiter for GE

You will take Recruiting leadership for all functions within GE Oil & Gas India and be the key driver to proactively deliver on any of these functional recruitment needs.You will be specifically responsible for:

Management of Briefing/Recruitment Meetings with Hiring Managers (Clients) and provision of regular updates on every recruitment project.

Interviewing candidates, phone screening as well as face-to-face meetings will be required. Writing concise feedback about strengths and development needs, and making appropriate recommendations to line management.
