Peoplesoft Techno Functional HRMS for Hewitt Associates

Gather and document Business and Functional Requirements.

Analyze and document existing processes.

Document New Processes and identify / propose Process Improvements.

Function as a Liaison between Functional and Technical people.

Prepare Technical Design Documents.

Liaise with and ensure that the Developers and Testers understand the Technical Specifications.

Conduct technical walk through and review Development deliveries.

Review Test Plans.

Draft / review Test Scripts.

Manage Change Request queues.

Provide problem analysis and resolution.

Provide root cause analysis for data integrity and technical issues.

Assist with project planning / lead small projects.

Develop feasibility proposals, business cases and estimates for IT solutions.

5+ years of PeopleSoft HRMS \ Payroll \ Benefits functional and technical experience including working knowledge of PeopleTools and associated programming tools (e.g. SQR, PS Query, SQL, etc.) - PeopleSoft version 7.5 and higher - These skills are a must

Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal, self-starter, results oriented.

Knowledge and familiarity with the project life cycle and structured methodologies for systems delivery.

The ability to engage virtual teams on complex issues is a must.
