Peoplesoft HRMS Tester for CSC

Performs Functional Tester role for the HR Module.

Work with the client to evaluate the various HR processes and consult on the optimal solutions to be implemented.

Recognize business processes that can be improved through technology and or business recommend/build solutions.

Create business requirement documents to ensure technical specifications can be developed.

Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information.

Over all 2-6 years of experience including 2 years of hands on HR experience.

Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 or above as a HR functional Tester.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR processes, configuration, tables, data etc.

Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
