The People Strategist partners with respective Account and Business Leads to achieve business growth and performance objectives.

They create and consult on the people strategy across a set number of accounts and businesses, to enable the highest performance and alignment of our people within this business.

As such, the People Strategist is a key member of the business partnership team within People Success and works closely with the People Strategist Lead in their own geography and respective counterparts in other geographies.
