Ensure accurate and timely statutory remittances
Ensure timely computation and completion of Final Settlement
Ensure SLA attainment as agreed in SOW.
Front end payroll team in audits / reviews.
Vendor management.
Manage a large team of HR professionals.
Ensure compliance with respect to internal controls and SOX requirements
Total experience of 15 years with at least 5 years in a large MNC.
Total payroll experience of 10 years with 5 years in a managerial position in a large MNC.
Managed a large team
Worked in ERP like SAP, Oracle or popular payroll applications like RAMCO,
Delphi
