Payroll Operations Manager - GPS for IBM

IBM Global Services India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 15–16 Yrs

Candidate will be responsible for Payroll delivery for internal account (IBM India Employees)

Ensure accurate and timely statutory remittances

Ensure timely computation and completion of Final Settlement

Ensure SLA attainment as agreed in SOW.

Front end payroll team in audits / reviews.

Vendor management.

Manage a large team of HR professionals.

Ensure compliance with respect to internal controls and SOX requirements

Total experience of 15 years with at least 5 years in a large MNC.

Total payroll experience of 10 years with 5 years in a managerial position in a large MNC.

Managed a large team

Worked in ERP like SAP, Oracle or popular payroll applications like RAMCO,
Delphi
