Payroll Administrator for Honeywell

Responsible for Payroll Processing for countries / region.
To work as part of team responsible for processing high quality and timely payroll in SAP platform for group(s) of countries in the region.
The role will develop and require handling large amount of confidential data.
Will also handle employee`s queries on a day to day basis relating to payroll.
Ensure accuracy of records on the payroll system through thorough checks & control reports.
To act upon ad hoc payroll requests in a timely manner, without impacting the business.
To ensure all statutory payments like income tax, professional tax, retirement funds, gratuity etc are reconciled with GL & payments are done on time.
To ensure all the metrics are submitted on time to the reporting manger.
To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case.
To keep process documentation up to date and to ensure any changes are reviewed and authorized by supervisors.

MCom, 2008 (or 2007 with less than 1 year experience in processing APAC / EMEA payroll desired) with 65% as overall aggregate.
