Candidate should have 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications (HRMS)
Experience in atleast 2 E2E implementations Core HR and minimum of 3 other HRMS Modules (Payroll/SSHR/recruitment/Time & Labour/performance management) in Oracle E-Business Suite
Atleast one implementation in R12 Version
Possess knowledge on Cross-functional business (Finance, Distribution, SCM, etc) and solution architecting.
Good knowledge in R12
Business Process analysis and modeling.
Should be able to lead a team of 3-4 people
Good experience in OBIEE
