PMS Creation of Objectives Template, Competencies Template and Appraisal Template. Creation of Appraisals (Standard/Self/360 degree)

SSHR Applying Leaves, updating EIT`s. Personal data, SIT, Transfers, promotions, propose change pay, approvals (AME), Suitability matching. Personalization of SSHR Pages.

OTL Time Entry Rules, validations, Time Categories, Approvals, Change and late audit, Retrieval and Deposit process, Timekeeper functionality, authorized delegation, Explosion of Earning policy, Holiday calendar and Integration between OTL module to Payroll/EAM/Projects Module.

HRMSi(DBI)Configuring the Dashboards, Creation of Request sets, Customization of DBI Reports, Creation of Dimensions and Measures.

AIM Methodologies Documentation procedures across different phases of the projects.

Configuration and Setups: Hands on experience in performing setup and configuration

Domain Experience: Understand the business Process

Implementations with extensive experience in HRMS modules (Core HR, SSHR, Learning mgmt, recruitment, Advanced Benefits, Payroll, etc).
