The incumbent would be Spearheading recruitments for the recruitments arm of Hero Mindmine

Strategizing recruitments in terms of deciding the sourcing-stream for given positions

Ensuring timely delivery of client mandates through team & self

Coordinating with the various Hero Mindmine institutes(spread across the country) for the placement of their students

Identifying & acquiring clients (Local as well as Pan India clients) for the placement of these students

cting as client interface for recruitments and placements

Recruitments (major), Business Development (minor)

Willingness to travel across the country for client acquisition for student placements
