Netsity Systems Pvt Ltd, Delhi, Noida 10–20 Yrs Share this job1. Senior office administrator and overall in-charge of operations / back office support / office management with a minimum experience of 10 years.
2. Retired Ex Army officer, retired/VRS Ex-bankers, Executive Secretary ship & Office Administrators are encouraged to apply
3. Provide secretarial support to Directors.
4. Coordinate & manage outsourced accounting with chartered accountant, outsourced payroll with payroll vendor, outsourced HR with HR vendor.
5. Coordinating with external parties for equipment servicing (Air Conditioner, Electrical Equipment, UPS, Dispenser, Water purifier, Coffee Vending Machine, etc.), office suppliers, service providers and internal housekeeping & security staff for upkeep and maintenance of office.
6. Purchase Management - Co-ordinate with vendors, suppliers etc.
7. Execute and maintain follow up on periodic tasks (Utility bills, AMC renewals, Insurance renewals, Salary credits etc.)
8. Co-ordination & liasioning with bank.
9. General office supervision, maintenance of facilities, maintain filing systems, maintain necessary records, books, software CDs, attendance records, etc.
10. Draft business letters, office memos and manage executive correspondence.
11. Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office preferred.
