Responsible for the Recruitment Service Delivery for the Business Unit
Provide recruiting strategies to ensure the recruiting team is operating effectively within the line of business.
Strategies would include designing the search campaigns, headhunting, prescreening, sourcing & selection, enhanced candidate experience, and infant retention initiatives to ensure a robust, full lifecycle recruiting methodology
Independently handle the business unit BU and manage a team of 2-5 recruiters
Ensure that the manpower planning(Quarterly / Yearly) and hiring objectives are met as per schedule
Conducting HR interview, aligning the right candidate as per the organizational needs, offer negotiations candidate management and reference check
Maintaining the skill matrix as per the organization need and capabilities
Collaborate with campus team for the needs of the Business Unit
Ability to handle high pressure environment, self motivated & result oriented individual with good interpersonal skills
Manage and prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly report, recruitment analysis, and MIS Report
Assisted in designing the in-house Training for the team
Good understanding of technology and JIT(Just In Time) hiring model
Position the team achievements to the practice leaders, hiring leaders and within the HR community
Relationship/Vendor Management of Temporary Services Vendor and Permanent Vendor – act as escalation point for business related issues and ensuring key KPI’s are met.

Required Skills:
Education: MBA/PGDBM
8-12 years of Experience in Recruitments and willing to Relocate to Hyderabad
Exposure to ERP/Technology hiring is a must
Candidates must have managed Business Unit of a similar size and complexity (minimum of 200 full time hires per annum) plus a knowledge on temp staff hiring would be an advantage
Knowledge of the best-practices, recruitment techniques including the social media strategies
Client management, relationship management & people management is critical for the role
Command over the written & verbal communication skills
