Manager / Senior Manager - Training for IDBI Capital

The candidate has to strategise and formulate training programmes

Liase with training consultants and institutes for external training programmes.

Liase and co-ordinate with external business partners for training delivery and effectiveness

Plan and implement the training calender and budget for training programmes

Content Development for product and soft skills modules

Ensure maximum employee coverage for all programmes

MIS Tracking and Analysis

Product Training for capital markets, derivatives, mutual funds, life insurance products, etc.

Soft skills Training for time management, relationship management, team building, communication and interpersonal skills, etc

Should have worked with a reputed financial services organization with exposure to product training

MBA/PGDBM. NFCM certifications and special skills training certification will be preferred


Worked in a reputed brokerage firm(s) with demonstrated track record and success in product and behavioral training

Should have good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude

Should like to work in team and with good presentation skills
