The candidate would take care of Process Audit for Operations and DC(Distribution Centre)

Applying the tools developed for training and assessment and developing facilitation skills based on needs identified.

Applying the pre and post training tools for training evaluation.

Plan and implement training sessions

Providing inputs/suggestions for further improvements in the curricula & training aids for the training sessions.

Designs and maintains a resource list of the training materials, manuals, modules, documents/ consultants

Follow –up after training and supportive supervision to the trainees.

Documentation of each training session and preparation of monthly reports.

Share lesson learnt through training activities with other regions and team members.

Conceptualize and design innovative training tools and aids etc.

Scheduling Induction for New joinees.

MBA or Diploma in HR with experience of making & delivering training modules

Strong in Communication & Interpersonal skills

Ability to understand the audience and modify modules.

Traveling would be required to various locations

Experience in Retail industry will be preferred.
