The incumbent would be drafting new HR policies and strategies and propose to the management from time to time. These to be aligned to industry practices.

Liasoning with HR Ops and Employee Relations team, to get employees` feedback for designing and deploying of new policies and programs.

Bringing about process improvements and work towards documentation of our existing processes in line with the PCMM level 3 framework.

Handling employee grievances pertaining to company policies.

Conducting/administering in-house employee satisfaction surveys. Analyzing and presentation of the findings and help in identifying strategic initiatives to be driven company vide.

Working on the communication pieces that represent the department; includes emails and document.

Acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for policy-related queries and information, for domestic transfers and onsite travels etc.

Help in streamlining HR MIS and employee database. Support HR automation initiatives by conceptualizing the design & documenting work flows.

Work experience required

MBA (from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute)in an IT Industry.

Candidates with Engineering and Management degree preferred.

Exposure and experience of working under strict processes and compliance preferred.

Looking for Delhi ( NCR ) based candidates only or candidates wanting to relocate if they belong to North.
