Manager - HR ( Male Candidate) for Era Grooup

The incumbent has to ensure the human resource planning for the company

To handle the HR function with following resposibilities - Development and enhancement of HR policies

Recruitment and Selection

Development of new HR Schemes

Taking care of the Administration activities

To liaison with Labor authorities on behalf of Division

Monitoring the payroll adminstration

Manpiower planning


MBA from a decent Institute/University with not less than 5 yrs of experience in Core HR & Admin activities.

Should have good exposure to working in a mid to large size organisation.

Prefarably from a manufacturing sector

Sound knowledge of the IR activities
