Managing General HR operations.
Prepare the Annual Manpower Plan as per the Expansion Plan to provide manpower in accordance to the requirements.
Define all Human Resources programs, authority/responsibility of Human Resources and line management within those programs.
Direct the preparation and maintenance of reports as are necessary to carry out functions of department.
Act as a negotiator between the staff and the top level management leading to better work environment and harness a professional work culture to its customers.(Internal / External).
Lead the performance management system & appraisal & Initiate the employee reward, promotions & recognitions based on the performance.
Maintain a comprehensive MIS of manpower & related costs.
