Manager - HR for Calyx India

The candidate will be involved in manpower planning and recruitment

Ensuring proper flow of permanent and Contract manpower

To develop and implement HR Policy

Handle employee grievances

To develop and organize Training and development activities for employees

Meet statutory compliance, able to handle union issues, negotiations with workers

Support and implement Performance measurement systems

Security and Admin Management

Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in HR

Local candidates will be preferred

Candidates must have expertise in handling issues pertaining to plant.,well conversant with factory act and labour law

Knowledge of HRM,ISO andcGMP

Responsible for implementation of HR policies overall in the plant

Participation and negotiation with union,handling day-to-day grievances

End-to-end recruitment in co-ordination with respective BU Heads/Managers

Knowledge of Workers` settlement , charter of Demand,contract labour,industrial dispute
