Manager / Executive - US IT Staffing for PCS Technolgy
PCS Technology Ltd, Mumbai 2–5 Yrs
The candidate will be handling account development in US through tele-calling and coordinating with Company`s International Office in US to convert new business proposals into bottom line income, with astute and extended relationship management
Sound experience with sales & business development in US Staffing in India with a good source of ready and available relevant database of US clients
Should posses` good knowledge towards IT Recruitment process in US
Specifically knowledge of tax terms like how 1099, W2 and Corp-Corp works in the US
Worked with a third party staff augmentation US Business Model
Must have excellent track record and enthusiasm for working in a quickly changing, fast-growth environment
Identify, develop, entertain and invest in key relationships
Identify International Client Staffing and Solutions opportunities
Should be well conversant with different client and Technology mapping techniques
Must have very strong contact in the US market so as to get new clients and business at a short span of time
Maintain high visibility and profile with the clients/hiring managers so as to receive ongoing requirements
Strong capabilities in getting conference calls and meetings for Senior Managers with end-client / decision makers
Should be willing to work in US Time Zone/Night Shift

Major activities and responsibilities
Identify, qualify and close new opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships and gather requirements for new opportunities
Work with direct clients and partners to generate revenue
Establish relationship at CXO levels and maintain Top-Down approach for business convergence
Proven experience selling both project and staff augmentation engagements
Once a lead is secured, stay in touch with such a lead and expand relationships in that Client
Constantly explore business opportunities in the areas of IT Staffing and Software Projects
Continuously educate client managers on company`s current and new offerings
Establish relationships at one/two level higher than current relationship
Gather knowledge of client needs, competitor`s offerings and client`s competition
Continuously monitor client`s satisfaction
Create new customers on a continuous basis
Should be committed to mutually acceptable Revenue Targets from existing as well as new accounts and be able to exceed in a fast paced aggressive and competitive business environment
Willing to work in US Time Zone/Night shift
