Manager / Dy.Manager - Training & Performance Management

The candidate has to map & identify training and development needs, develop training programme

Coordinate with various departments in identifying internal trainers/external trainers & manage delivery of training

Ensure & manage monthly, quarterly and yearly appraisal process

MBA/Diploma in HR with experience in coordinating & managing training & development programme & performance management in a medium to a large factory set-up

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.

Should have good presentation skills.

Willing to travel.
