The candidate should have relevant experience as Business Development or Account Manager or sales executive in a Staffing company.

The ability to build relationships with direct clients and work on requirements with Tier one preferred vendors.

Ability to market bench W2 Consultants and close the deals with the clients /preferred vendors.

Handling Agreements/ contracts and Negotiations with prospects/clients.

Ability to form alliances/partnership with approved vendors of various agencies.

Must be able to meet Targets.

The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.

A positive attitude and team player mentality.

The ability to work independently.

New business development experience

Generate IT Staffing sales leads and place IT professionals.

Meet and exceed company`s staffing targets.

Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.

Develop relationships and grow them into clients.

Partner with internal/external resources throughout the sales cycle as needed.

Consistently provide innovative and creative selling solutions to start-ups/fortune 500 companies.

Demonstrated understanding of or past experience selling solutions in IT consulting.
