Lead Compensation Specialist for Honeywell

Responsibilities
1) Ensure alignment of global compensation processes / policies and it`s implementation in India. Create Strategies to standardize common compensation practice with respect to MRP, Incentives and Job evaluation.
2) Create the guidelines/framework for compensation planning across the businesses and implement the same for Corporate and SM.
3) Administer compensation surveys with the consultants and develop market reference points in alignment with the India practice.
4) Support the staffing team with comp related processes/decisions.
5) Design and Implement business specifics programs for employee retention.
6) Complete ownership of Compensation related polices.
7) Bring Operational / functional excellence in the processes while working with the HR team.
8) Work closely with the business for projecting and tracking the annual employee cost.
9) Ensure alignment of global compensation processes / policies and its implementation in India.
10) Point of contact for the APAC/Global Compensation teams for HIIPL and and SM business in India.
11) Work closely with other Comp COE members to drive India wide projects.
12) Provide guidelines and advice on benefits programs and HR policies.
