Junior Recruiter - IT for SID Solutions

The junior recruiter will work with the recruitment manager to find qualified candidates for servicing job requirements through a host of resources including job boards and networking

Bachelors degree in a technical field (i.e. IT, Computer Science). BCS, BSc (Computer Science), Diploma in IT preferred

Prior work experience in a technical environment such as computer operations, IT, ITES required.

Previous recruiting experience in the technical services industry is preferred.

Willingness and ability to work during US business hours (night shifts)

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Positive attitude, energetic and a passion to recruit IT professionals along with the willingness to learn is an absolute must

Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills.

Good PC skills including MS-Office (MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel).
