Candidate will be responsible for making the search in portal according to client requirement .

Sourcing, screening, short listing the profiles of candidates.

Making candidates to attend the interview of schedule timings fixed by clients.

Making relationship with candidates till the end of joining the company.

Role is that of sourcing HR with emphasis on entry level, middle level and senior level positions .

Job Description:
1 + years of experience in recruitment with excellent communication skills.

Should handle recruitment for a variety of clients in IT sector.

Should have a good understanding of different recruitment processes.

Extensively used internet job boards/search engines.

Good command over technologies.

Offer negotiations & closure.

Good interpersonal skills.
