FCS Software Solutions Ltd, Noida 1–5 Yrs Share this jobThe incumbent should provide full life cycle of IT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes: identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles
Traditional Methods would include social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.
External recruitment methods would include searching various US job portals
Match/Qualify resume against the job requirement.
Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates in the US on the phone.
Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate`s availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.
