Job Description:
* Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and placement for cross vertical ( IT)
* Headhunting and mapping of candidates based on priority technical positions at the clients.
* Understanding the client requirements , screening and short listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements.
* Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).
* Meeting (in person or telephonic) with the clients on regular basis to ascertain manpower requirements and to discuss over potential issues.
* Taking active participation in recruitment strategy formulation & being responsible for end to end deliveries.
* Being responsible for building knowledge bank & delivery of pragmatic solutions to real business problem.
