IT Recruiter for U-Soft Technologies

U-Soft Technologies is looking for recruitment professional who is fully experienced in the end to end recruitment process starting from recieveing requiremnts from accounts management,Sourcing,Screening the candidates as per the req using Job postings, networking, user groups and referrals.

Facilitation and co-ordination in interview process.

Desired Skills & Experience:
2 – 6yrs of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technical/technology related positions in US Staffing domain.

Ability to hire on different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.

Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.

Should have expertise on sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CarerBuilder, HotJobs, NetTemps, Corp-Corp and networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and also knowledge of various free job sites.

This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices.

An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national and multi-location level.

A wide degree of creativity, near-term and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
