IT Recruiter for Steria
Steria India Ltd, Noida 2–5 Yrs
Will be responsible for recruitment of IT and Non-IT contract and permanent resources for Steria UK.
Identify key talent and manage the recruiting process; source candidates through existing database, contacts, advertising campaigns, direct recruiting, online job-board search and targeted internet searches.
Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs; interview candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences and resolve specific client needs.
Consistent participation in online networking organizations is required.
Using a consultative approach, make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements, manage the expanding consultant base, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates.
Aggressively build and manage technical consultant database by making cold/warm calls, build strong relationship/trust and continuously expanding consultant network.
Process incoming requirements on day by day basis, identify qualified candidates, discuss job with candidates, present candidates profile to client, co-ordinate interviews, finalize offer and close requirement.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Build and leverage strong partnerships.
Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Desired Profile:
Should have 3+ years of experience with recruitment of candidates preferably in USA/ UK market.
Should be very flexible and open to work in UK shift
Should have strong experience with resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking, Head Hunting, Employee referrals and Cold calls.
Should have experience building effective keyword queries for online portals with complex combinations
Should have knowledge of various technologies, domains, and ability to source and relate client requirements to right skill sets
Should have good knowledge of IT technologies
Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm
Should be highly networked, Target driven, proactive, team player
Should be flexible working in UK shifts ( 1pm - 9:30 pm).
