Excellent experience in sourcing and screening the candidates.

High level of initiative and self-motivation, highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Posting jobs on job portals and Wide exposure to various sourcing methods and proven track records in recruitment would be an added advantage.
