Matrix Technology Group, Mumbai 1–6 Yrs Share this jobAs a Technical Recruiter you are responsible for partnering with your account manager to identify and place qualified candidates at our client sites.
This entails the following: Candidate Identification Process: Place job requirements on the Internet(Dice, Monster) to increase available candidate pool.
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions by conducting skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
Currently most of our needs are in SAP and QA Testers.
Create internal database and creative resources to identify potential candidates.
Have great skills in negotiating rates with Vendors and Consultants.
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms. (Very Important)
Build relationships with local IT consultants to form a strong network of candidates. Very Very Important.
Prior internship and/or professional experience in sales, recruiting and Marketing preferred.
PC literate in Windows environment including, MS Word, Netscape and Internet.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have great skills in negotiating rates with Vendors and Consultants.
Get the right IT resources for our Requirements.
Should be Savvy with Internet, Google, Linkedin, Dice, Monster, Career Builder.
