Magna Infotech is looking for candidates with minimum 0.6 months experience in IT Recruitment`s (domestic and US Staffing).
Job Description:
Detailed analysis of the Job requirement to understand the client`s requirement thoroughly.
Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for the interview and ensuring following up.
Candidates selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings under the guidance of TLs.
Coordinates the walk-ins.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Good knowledge of different IT skills sets.
Request candidate to walk-in at the dates mentioned 22nd July 2010 - 29th July 2010 between 11:00am to 5:00pm
