Handling the entire gamut of recruitment activities like CV searching, candidates scheduling, interview lineup, following up with HR, tracking offers, speed up joining formalities of candidate and regular interaction post joining

Coordinating recruitment matters like screening of the resumes.

Short-listing candidates that suit the given profile from various sources.

Candidates through job portals.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.

Scheduling Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates

Conduct Background / Reference checks for all new employees
