This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The IT Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for our premium Clients across globe.
Primary Objectives of the IT Recruiter:
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
2. Meet the Specific Targets on a daily basis
3. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
4. Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
5. Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
6. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
7. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
8. Conduct regular follow-up with Clients and SPOCS to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
9. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
10. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
11. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
12. Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
13. Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
14. Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
15. Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
16. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
17. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
