Graduate / BE/ MBA with minimum 2 yrs experience in IT recruitments.

Should be able to manage medium to high volume hiring numbers.

Develop sourcing plan to attract applicants and to fill specific openings

Sourcing profiles, coordination with technical panel and scheduling interviews.

Maintaining MIS & daily reports.

Builds, maintains industry specific (company-wise) market intelligence for high-number demands.

Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.

Taking up HR interviews and making compensation fitments and effectively selling offer to candidates.

Independently handle End-End Recruitment
