Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles accordingly through job portals/referrals/databases.
Posting Jobs on Various Job portals and headhunting candidates on rare skills through networking/ company board lines.
Interacting with the IT Professionals for both projects and staffing requirements for international clients.
Screening and shortlisting the resumes as per client requirements and sending them to the clients after primary short listing.
Coordinating with Project Managers, HR persons and other stake holders for getting the feedback and scheduling the interviews.
Working out resumes as per the client specifications to make it more catchy.
Negotiate & convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest.
Preparing offer letter and collecting the necessary documents from candidates.
Issuing the offer letter for the selected candidates.
Assisting the clients and candidates in the selection process and following-up with candidates till he/she joins.
