IT Recruiter for Avesta Computers

Candidate will work closely with business development teams to understand technical resourcing requirements

Search and assess potential hires.

Negotiate hourly/annual compensation.

Co-ordinate technical assessments, and facilitate operational activities to secure an effective hire.

Position is a full time position offering an opportunity to work from home (nationwide, in India)

A qualified candidate should have:
1. A minimum of 4 years of US recruitment experience.

2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3. Proven experience in recruiting IT talent, availing of job boards and vendor resourcing partnerships

4. Sound understanding of various IT Technologies and the software application development life cycle.

5. Effective communication and negotiation skills

6. Ability to work extended hours - working US Night shifts
