Sourcing the profile based on the job description and client requirement

Screening the Resumes.

Interaction with client on a day-to-day basis to keep track of current requirements, client relation. recruitment of candidates at all levels and explaining the job & company Profile to the suitable candidates

Lining up candidates for client interviews & coordinating the same.

Fixing up appointments with the clients and scheduling the interviews for the candidates

Satisfying the clients requirement in time maintaining the relationship with clients and candidates

Frequent follow up with the client and candidates till the closure of requirement
