Candidate should be able to understand total ownership of India/ Asiapac Staffing division.

Mentor and review team work starting from sourcing, screening, networking and qualifying candidates to the client for selection.

Must be able to do head hunting.

Understands the environments of the various databases and systems that are used internally.

Expected to be proficient with internal and external postings tools and have exceptional web researching skills.

Expected to have great judgment within facilitation of hiring meetings, conducting reference checks.

Operates with some level of autonomy and discretion.

Requires good creativity and judgment.

Ability to Influence complex decisions, ability to influence team, department and cross company.

Ability to effectively set expectations.

Ability to prepare contracts and documentation.

Deep and broad understanding of the business and specific area supporting or managing.

Ability to focus discussions on issues impacting candidate.
