Process various forms and inputs employee personal data (e.g., new hire, benefit / life status changes, org structure, performance evaluations, terminations and other employee changes) into Oracle (HRIS) database.
Ensures compliance and assists in audits of data. Maintains employee personnel files.
Notifies New Hires of missing documentation required to complete benefits enrollment and email/account creation.
May prepare special reports such as insurance, compensation role profiles and headcount using HRIS tools.
Primary APAC contact for HR Global Help Desk and monitors regularly to answer tickets and forward to appropriate HR individuals in the region.
Assists with Recruiting activities and handles candidate travel and coordination of interviews for assigned territory.
