Looking for a strong Technical Recruiter/ HR Specialist to help build our growing technology organization.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process for technical roles and supporting employee success. Efforts include:

* Sourcing, recruiting and hiring professionals across a wide range of roles within the Technology organization.

* Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

* Work closely with client executives, managers and employees to handle a variety of HR issues and tasks, including employee relations, organization design and change, transfers, promotions, performance issues and terminations.

* Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, Field Operations, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding.

* Participates with the Human Resources Team on best practices and projects.

Desired Profile:

8+ years as a Technical Recruiter recruiting for a growing software company.

3+ years as a HR specialist supporting a MNC.

5+ years recent experience hiring Software Engineers.

Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.

Ability to articulate the salesforce.com value proposition and story to candidates.

Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone.

Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle.

Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.

Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.

Ability to develop productive and effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups.

Ability to diagnose and successfully handle employee relations and organizational development issues.

Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.

Excellent interpersonal, group, process and influence skills.
