American Express (India) Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon 5–7 Yrs Share this jobThe role is required to drive the HR strategy for the RIB vertical of WWRIM. It encompasses working closely with the business leaders and global vertical leaders to devise solutions, which will prepare the organization for growth in the challenging environment. The key responsibilities would include:
Relationship Management : Manage and provide end to end solutions for RIB teams. Manage specific employee related issues and provide suitable HR solutions primarily in the areas of talent hiring, talent retention, deployment of HR Processes, Employee Engagement/Development Initiatives etc. Help implement strategic employee initiatives and related action steps.
Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness: Drive initiatives to enhance the depth of the talent across RIB, thereby creating strong leadership pipeline for future growth roles. Actively take HR consultant roles, in the areas of coaching and guiding employees in their overall development within WWRIM and Amex. The role would also require to strongly partner with RIB US to align the people practices across the RIB India and also support the key initiatives that are being driven at a global level.
Drive HR Processes : Drive effective implementation of PMP, YEP, Comp & Benefits programs, run regular KYC , Employee Communication, HR Compliance, etc for the business area.
Enhance HR Information System(HRIS): Upgrade the quality of MIS for HR on metrics viz. attrition, hiring, headcount, demographics etc. Ensure quick turn around & reliability of data. Provide timely & accurate payroll inputs to EFA for RIB. Drive the HR Service delivery agenda – ensure regular audits & training programs.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to all labour laws
