HR Recruiter for Progressive Infotech

Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.

Should be good in mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.

Should have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, bulk hiring within the time frames.

Negotiating terms of employment including salary negotiations

Assuring high quality and quantity of candidates within allotted tight timeframes

Reference check of candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance.

The candidate might be required to take care of some HR responsibilities also.

Track competition to understand recruiting trends as well as potential compensation and reward trends.

Devise and implement innovative methods for recruitment

Must be able to multi-task and possess a Sense of Urgency

Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
