The applicant will be a graduate with good industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, Team player and should be a fast learner.

The incubent should have a desire to make career in HR. we look for someone who has experience in ITES recruitment atleast for 3 months though freshers can also apply for the same.

The candidate who is applying for Corporate HR opening should have 0 - 1 yr of experience in the similar role

Roles and Responsibilities include:
Understanding the Client requirements(Client co-ordination)

Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network.

Cold calling

Educating the candidate about the job profile.

Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment.

Follow up of the candidate until he turns into a joinee.

Closing the requirements in the given time.
