Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage the performance of delivery teams for various mobility programs in Asia Pacific region.
Effectively collaborate with the IBM internal delivery teams to ensure ‘best of breed process’ and high quality of service within AP region.
Actively enhance the relationship with global mobility delivery teams to ensure that global mobility policies are implemented correctly.
Drive strong management / governance rigor through structured performance management system.
Ensure all SLA`s / Operational Measures are met and exceeded by the delivery team.
Develop a global operations reporting & management system for delivery teams.
Complaints Management:
Resolve all end customer complaints both from a corrective and preventive perspective within the agreed TAT levels.
Identify process improvements on the basis of customer feedback using structured quality methodologies like Six Sigma / ISO.
Carry out regular process reviews to proactively identify improvement areas and thereby mitigate process risks.
Compliance & Business Controls:
Ensure that global IA/Mobility policies and practices are compliant to each country’s legal requirements.
Effectively Implement the IBM Business Controls Framework via:
1. Operational & SL0/SLA metrics & action plans to minimize `misses`
2. SOX Program results & action plans to reduce risk/noncompliance
3. Process Compliance program results & action plans to reduce risk/noncompliance
HR Policy & HR Process Management:
Effectively manage policy exceptions for global mobility programs across Asia Pacific region.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with Business and HR partners to drive global mobility policy adherence uniformly and fairly across Asia Pacific region.
Analyse exceptions data / trends to identify potential changes to the policy framework.
